Glass along with the highest grade Epoxy resin. This results in superior strenght along with wall integrity and action. Simply put the Precision Rod range represents the most advanced rods to date. These rods are designed for one purpose in mind and that's to subdue massive fish in the shortest time with barley any fatigue to the angler. Each rod is specifically designed to fish its own line class to the maximum with out over loading the rod; each rod will only bend by 1/3 while using 1/3 drag. The action of the rod will not change if the drag should be increased, This design is unique to Precision Rods only. Most all rods ont he market will bend to a certain degree and once the angler pushes the drag up the rod continues to bend closer to the foregrip. This puts the angler at a huge disadvantage, reqiering much more effort just to load the rod. Our usnique action and power curve enables the angler to use higher drag settings with out loosing control of the fish due to an over worked or over loaded rod. When the need should arise and you need to go over the button you can do so with confidents as these rods wont fold under pressure, simply put the action of the rod wont change giving you much needed leverage. Each rod comes with its own serial number so you can inusre your knew pride and joy. These rods are shorter than your normal short strokers, but in turn these short levers will give you maximum leverage, which is created by their unique actions and power. There are simply no better rods yet designed that can out pull, out lift, out do a Precision Rod short lever.

All Precision Rod short levers feature as standard in both bent and straight configurations detachable Aftco black and gold butts, Aftco black and gold roller guides, heavy duty for the 15kg up to the 24kg models and Aftco wind on guides for the 37kg model. Also each rod comes standard with a heavy duty leather fore grip which also aids in the relief of muscle spasm in the hand and upper arm. Each rod comes with its own Precision Rod printed rod bag; double lined 100% waterproof and padded. The bags have been designed in a streamline fashion so you can travel to and from the grounds with out having your rod bag blown around and your rods damaged. Each rod is covered by the Precision Rod 5 year first owner manufacturers warranty covering workmanship. These are the rods of the future.
